If your customer wishes to use a replacement product whilst a repair is being carried out, the dealer can offer the Top Service Guarantee. At the time of repair, the customer will receive an equivalent product and Majorcom will cover the shipping costs.
Majorcom also has its own repair centre, where the equipment can be repaired and maintained under warranty if necessary. Repairs and maintenance are of course performed in the shortest possible time.
