Frequently asked questions

What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?

Unless there is a specific clause in the contract, all products in our product line are guaranteed for 24 (twenty-four) months, including parts and labor in the workshop (without advanced exchange) as of the delivery date. Excluded from this guarantee are parts subject to wear and tear such as CD and K7 mechanisms, optical or magnetic heads, batteries, hard disks, which are guaranteed for 6 (six) months, including parts and labor in the workshop (without advanced exchange) as of the delivery date.

Do you replace the products if they are defective?

The seller commits to exchange (Return Merchandise Authorization RMA) any product of the safety range (EN 54 standard) recognized as defective by himself within 3 (three) months from the date of activation.

The cost of shipping the product will be paid by the seller (Incoterm CCI 2000: DDU – Place of destination) and the cost of returning the product will be paid by the buyer (Incoterm CCI 2000 : DDU – TOULOUSE – France).

The shipping of the exchanged product will generate an invoice. The defective product must be returned to the seller within 30 days from the date of shipment of the exchange. Upon receipt of the product, a receipt will be issued for an amount equivalent to the amount invoiced.

The exchange, repair, supply of parts or any other modification during the warranty period does not extend it.
